After the alarm saga, things have been kinda quite...we just had the girls' cousins for a sleepover. The sleepover was meant to be for only one night, but since they were having such a good time, it lasted 2 nights !! They were all happy at least, and I just had to make sure they were well fed.
On the craft front, little by little I'm getting to use all my stamps ! LOL !
I made this card kinda neutral, so it can be used for a Wedding Anniversary, as a Thank You card, etc.. aren't those dogs soooo cute?
Then, this other bella stamp is lovely...didn't I tell you I'm a bella fan?
On both cards I used my Tria markers to colour, plus some Twinkling H2O's for the Princess card.
Lately, I've liked the idea of Non traditional Wedding cards, and I just love the combination of these 2 colours:

Wedding & 21st B-day Cards
OMG, what a day I have had !!! I was in the shower this morning when my house alarm went off, I knew one of my daughters had just opened the door, and I assumed she had pressed a button from the alarm panel !! I couldnt get out of the shower, I was more afraid to fall down the stairs all wet, than dealing with the consequences !! I had to ask my eldest daughter to desactivate the alarm, that took a while. And of course I had missed calls from the monitoring company, etc...and to cut a long story short, a few mins later the Police arrived at my door !! I was at least dressed by then !! I apologised 100 times and I felt it wasnt enough, I felt terrible wasting police time on a false alarm !!
And a while ago I had the alarm technician taking a look and finding out how was the alarm activated. We couldnt figure out, until we asked my 5 year old to explain what had she touched, and the little clever monkey had used my key fob !!! Im sure she won't do it again though.
Well, and to make me feel better, after all the mayhem and embarrasment, I ordered some bits and pieces from Papertrey Ink and my excuses are:
1. I deserve a bit of retail therapy to help me relax (that never fails !!)
2. I need these bits for the x-mas presents I'm gonna make :D
I made these cards yesterday:
This couple is getting married next month. This is the 4th card I make for them.

Male Card & a Thanks Card
It is always hard to make a male card...but I had seen a card a while ago made by the talented Linsey Botkin for Father's Day. I got inspired by that card and made my own Birthday version:
Last time I was at Elaine's class, our fellow crafter Julie M was making some "inchies" cards, I liked her version and made this one today:
This is what I knew as inchies, by Ellen Hutson.

Spotlight card & more Bella Bundle Babies
The other day I recieved a lovely mini card made by Sabrina; it had a tiny "Thank You" circle made of shrink plastic, I fell in love with the idea !! So I used it :D
I made this card using the "Spotlight" technique. Unfortunately I don't own (yet) a good set of solid and outline flower stamps. I made this card using a set that came in a free magazine. Stampin Up has loads of nice flower sets...hmmm...I might invest in one.
Made some baby cards using the Bella Bundle Baby stamp. I coloured the images with my Twinkling H20's and Letraset Tria markers; and rubbed a bit of metallic rub on paste around the stamped image.

PS: For those asking how I left a blank in the middle using the cuttlebug folder, here's a tutorial

Bella & Inkadinkado Cards
I have these stamps for a while now and I just got to play with them this week. She is one of my favourite bella stamps, and the turtle is sooo cute. The turtle comes in a set of other clear stamps with wording, will be using them little by little. I decided I won't be investing on more stamps untill I have used the ones I have at least once
I coloured both stamps with my beloved Twinkling H2O's.
Thanks for the comments you nice ladies leave on this blog
